About

The Interlibrary Loan & Acquisitions Services Unit (ILLAS) is privileged to support the Hesburgh Libraries' mission of Connecting People to Knowledge by obtaining resources that assist the Notre Dame community in teaching and research activities. Whether through purchase, lease or loan, the ILLAS locates and insures delivery of material to campus or access to information for short-term use or permanent addition to our library collection.

Working together with faculty and students, vendors, and our campus colleagues, ILLAS strives for service excellence.

We welcome visitors. Our office is located on the 4th floor of Hesburgh Library. We welcome visitors during our office hours, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Please take the elevator to the 4th floor. ILLAS staff sit just inside the double doors.
