As supervisor of the Circulation Services Unit, Michele oversees the day to day operations and core library services provided at eight (8) Hesburgh Libraries' service desks on the Notre Dame campus.

The Circulation Services Unit is responsible for providing library circulation services and customer policy and procedural assistance for patrons of the Hesburgh Libraries. Service excellence is at the forefront of every customer interaction as this Unit serves the Notre Dame community, visiting researchers and guests at any one of eight (8) service desks
.
These include six (6) branch libraries; Architecture, Business, Chemistry-Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, Music and two (2) Hesburgh library service desks; Circulation and Reserves, Microtext and Media.

Barbara's expertise in circulation, interlibrary loan, and reserve services also contributes to the mission of Service Excellence by providing access and guidance to faculty, staff, and students in their teaching and research endeavors.

Kim's expertise in circulation, inter-library loan, and reserve services also contributes to the mission of Service Excellence by providing access and guidance to faculty, staff, and students in their teaching and research endeavors.

Abby is a member of the Circulation Services Subunit | User Services Unit | Teaching, Research and User Services Program.. Focusing on Service Excellence, this team is available to help the Notre Dame community with access to library physical resources and various other services.

In conjunction with User Services Unit objectives, Abby processes materials for print and electronic reserves in accordance with university guidelines on fair use and copyright, provides circulation services, supports Document Delivery services, and assists with process management planning to provide better services to our users.
