Lyndsey Sheets Personnel Associate

Lyndsey plays a key role in shaping the employee experience at Hesburgh Library. As the Personnel Associate, she oversees recruitment efforts for faculty and staff, manages candidate logistics, and ensures a seamless onboarding and offboarding process. Additionally, she is responsible for managing the hiring process for student employees in the library.
