Document Delivery, Stacks, and Annex Services

Tim is a member of the User Services Unit | Teaching, Research, and User Services Program. Focusing on Service Excellence, the team at the Hesburgh Libraries Annex is available to help the Notre Dame community with access to library physical resources and various other services.

The Hesburgh Libraries Annex team is facilitating access for the Notre Dame community with materials located in the Annex via lending, delivery, and electronic scans. In conjunction with Reserves and ILL Lending Subunit objectives, Tim helps maintain access to all materials at the Annex and processes ILL Lending Requests. Tim's expertise in high-density storage management, Interlibrary Loan Lending, and Document Delivery service contributes to the mission of Service Excellence by providing access to faculty, staff, and students in their teaching and research endeavors. With quality patron service being our goal, Tim coordinates the Hesburgh Libraries Annex service to provide speedy and accurate delivery of all materials located in the Annex.

The Hesburgh Libraries Annex team facilitates access to materials located in the Annex via lending, delivery, and electronic scans for the Notre Dame community. In conjunction with Stacks Management objectives, Lateka performs item searches, carrel checks, collection shifts, and assists with space management planning to provide easy accessibility and shelving integrity of library material.

Dana is a member of the Document Delivery, Stacks, and Annex Unit | Teaching, Research and User Services Program. Focusing on Service Excellence, the Document Delivery and Stacks Management Subunit is available to help the Notre Dame community with access to library physical resources and various other services.

The Document Delivery and Stacks Management Subunit is responsible for lending and delivery of Hesburgh Libraries circulating materials to the Notre Dame community. The Document Delivery service also provides electronic article scans to the Notre Dame faculty, administrators and Grads. In conjunction with Stacks Management objectives, Dana pulls requested items from the Stacks, performs item searches, carrel checks, collection shifts and assists with space management planning to provide easy accessibility and shelving integrity of library material.
