About
The primary purpose of the Team is to collaboratively develop, implement, maintain, and oversee workflows designed to support the digitization of Hesburgh Libraries’ rare and unique resources.
The Team is composed of team members from production units across the Libraries. Case managers are individuals charged with shepherding discrete cases through the processes determined by the Team. Members are encouraged to serve as case managers as appropriate to the case; Case managers may be Team Members or any interested individual from any unit.

Decision making scope: The Team has the authority to recommend and implement workflows that advance the discovery, access, and preservation of digital materials, once agreed upon with unit supervisors whose personnel are affected.
