Copyright Working Group

This working group is charged with:
Working collaboratively to reach decisions and answer copyright-related questions based on resources available and team-member expertise. Working group members will document copyright questions asked by the ND community. Members will work together to update online copyright information provided through the library website.

Decision-making scope: The members of this team are not lawyers; the response team may provide information but not legal counsel. The chair may consult with General Counsel on more difficult questions.
