About

Purpose: This team will steward ILLiad, a shared system used to manage the interlibrary loan (borrowing and lending) and document delivery services of the libraries of the University of Notre Dame. The team will encourage coordination among stakeholders and seek best practices, continuous improvement and consistent understanding of the application. The team will:

  • Vet and share best practices for consistent use of the ILLiad application
  • Update the system to reflect changes in library practices, including communication points and templates
  • Identify training opportunities and design and provide staff training and ongoing education
  • Design strategies, provide leadership, testing,application, and sign-off for maintenance, service packs and version upgrades -Liaise /consult with stakeholders as needed The team may form sub-groups, potentially including individuals not on the core team, for major upgrade projects or to address specific issues
