Purpose: This team will steward ILLiad, a shared system used to manage the interlibrary loan (borrowing and lending) and document delivery services of the libraries of the University of Notre Dame. The team will encourage coordination among stakeholders and seek best practices, continuous improvement and consistent understanding of the application. The team will:

Decision making scope: Make decisions regarding ILLiad, including areas such as upgrades and customization, including communication related to these areas. Share information among stakeholders regarding best practices, continuous improvement and consistent understanding of the application
