Objective 1: Develop a strategic technology infrastructure plan.

Key Result 2: Complete evaluation and replacement recommendation for catalog and discovery ecosystems, including Aleph ILS, Primo Discovery, and related systems. Begin implementation to enhance efficiency and advance service delivery.
