Time Frame: Standing Working Group

• Members may serve unlimited, non-consecutive two-year terms
• Terms are staggered so that two members rotate off the working group each year
• The working group sends out a call for new members each year and prioritizes applicants who have not yet served on the LMT

Purpose
The LibGuides Management Working Group helps library employees create guides that support students, faculty, and staff at Notre Dame by offering group learning opportunities, individual training, and usability analysis of published guides. The working group stewards the LibGuides platform to make it easy to reuse assets, to keep guides current, and to maintain the currency of LibGuides accounts so that guides and assets are not orphaned when employees leave the Libraries.
